Homes are to be owner occupied. We offer a choice of mowing and snow removal. Trash pickup is included in community fee (one container per week). Sewer is also included. Pets are allowed in the community- Some restrictions apply. As an adult retirement community, there is some policies in place concerning children in the community. (Visiting is always welcome!) Residents are responsible to respect their neighbors by following the policies and guidelines. Any Questions concerning this, feel free to ask!
