-Shippensburg Village Guidelines-

   We offer the lowest community fee in the area, with the choice to add lawn mowing and snow removal!  Trash pickup is included in community fee (one container per week).  Sewer is also included.  Homes are to be owner occupied. Pets are allowed in the community- Some restrictions apply. There is a pet park for residents to use as well. As an adult retirement community, there is some policies in place concerning children in the community. (Visiting is always welcome!) 

  Residents are responsible to respect their neighbors by following the policies and guidelines. Any Questions concerning this, feel free to ask!
